Returns & Exchanges

At Camden Body Jewellery, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we accept returns on unworn items in their original heat-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, items with broken seals or signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unopened jewellery in its original box or a padded envelope to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our Camden warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the hygiene seal is intact, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
